Sounds like its shaping up to be a fine event. Can't manage along sadly as its in the run-up to my exams but hopefully I'm make it to a mainland competition one day - you guys are always making the effort to come to UK events.

Having said that though, Drumroll's good to run if anyone wants to take it over :P

Unfortunatly Jason and Thor wont be able to attend as Jason isnt really well enough after his knee op. That and time off for him. Anyway Jonno and I are still coming and are making a vid of the whole trip. We are trying to do it as cheap as possible with the credit crunch and all. We are looking forward to the event. We will be arriving friday for the party and camping.

ermm yeah thats one way to put it !!

Its going to be called how to go to holland and spend no money ! and blag as much as possible !!

We're not changing any money, so we cant be tempted to spend anything !

So far we have blagged ....

A van full of deisel ready to go.
A room at geoff smiths house the night before, and breakfast to go with it.
Free camping ( thanks marien ).
Free boxes of crisps, chocolate, drinks etc...
Taking a BBQ, and a fridge full of bacon / sausages.
Beer which we had left over from a night at my house which we never drank.

And while we are on the way / there we will be coming up with lots of money making scams!!

Envy and Ripper will be forsale, and it will be 30 euros for a drive for anyone interested ! :-)

And we've got sky 1 interested in buying our footage for £10,000 afterwards !!!

I tried to blag some petrol money from tim for taking over storm2 but i dont think he is going now.

I think there will be a que to drive Envy and Ripper we could be coming back with more than we go with.

There must be some other blags to be done. Could charge 1 euro to have a game on ps2.

50 euro to have a photo taken with me

1 euro for Jonno

Could sell food on bbq.

We are filming the trip but i dont think sky will be involved. Yes you can sell drives of Envy if you can i dont mind. I will take a picture of the van just for you clive.

Guys, 'for sale' was possibly not the best term to use...... Maybe 'for hire' would have been better (although I think 30 Euros would be about right if they were for sale!!!)

I don't think they want to sell their robots!! (my text was ment as a joke!) But i'm sure that John and Swanny would hire them out for the public to drive for a small fee.

Andy and I are on the 08.10 Dover-Calais ferry, not sure about John and Swanny but they may be on the same one.
