HI Guys,

After a meeting with the venue, and the organisers today, it has been decided, unfortunately to stick with the 2 show format.

As per our post, it was to find out the interest in an extra show, before the meeting to discuss the possibility.
Venue issues and the rush to get things organised, the safer Sunday 2 shows option will be used. 12 - 2pm & 3 - 5pm
Thanks to the roboteers who wished to come on the Saturday.

This is an experiment with a joint venture between, RR, an entertainments company, and the promoter. Already, the promotional side has proved a success, and as long as the event is a normal RR success then there will be much more to come, at other venues around the UK later in the year.

We will need you to arrive before 10 to get everything ready for a prompt start at 12.
Arena hazzards have been beefed up and so should prove popular.

Food will be available between the shows.
Petrol expenses from Aberystwyth will be paid, along with the Preston expenses.

Dont forget our raffle for charity.

Ah well, Sunday it is.

At least theres not going to be a frantic rush for the RR crew to get the arena ready on time.

What am I saying, theres always a frantic rush! Perhaps I should say therell be more time for the frantic rush to take place in.

Ok will do assuming I can get anywhere near - Im guessing the public area will be pretty well separated from the pits/roboteers area based on previous experience of the guild hall.

Havent been in there since... hmmm... Probably my last St. Georges Day Parade with the Scouts back in ~1995. Now *they* were exciting times - RR has a lot to live up to.
