Just got back from York, missed the Billing Aquadrom e emails, Bugger, could have stopped off there as easy as Newton, so now am looking for another event to test Carrot, is there space at the Kettering do?
I might be able to do both days?

the boards underneath are MDF the top layer is plywood. the surface depends on how new the floor is, last week they were just using old boards and it was very rough. If it has a new floor down then the surface is fairly good (although Mute always finds an edge to get under!).

Looking back at the archives I did put The Savage Toaster up for this in March, but of course its mutated into Ka-Pow! since then. Wreck-or-Deck is still a bag of bits- but its quite a big bag of bits now. Its a kind of progress...

I went up to Wicksteed today to see if they were promoting it yet.

Prices are very reasonable.

There were hundreds of cars with families today, and there was no special attraction on. God help us next week there will be thousands.

We know a few people who may be coming just to see the robots.

Been working on blazer the last few days. Even if only a few middles turn up, we can have a play against the feathers

Also started on new Alpha, but i doubt it will be done in time.

Just to confirm, I havent got my arse even slightly into gear, so I wont be coming to this event. Ill have to find myself another aspirational debut event.
