Congrats Mike on getting those Guest robots. Any chance you could suggest that they might enjoy a trip up to Newark next June. Full social and photo session laid on - if you know what I mean
Kev
Kevin, you know we are all trying very hard to get foreign robots to UK live events ! Mike is an expert for nagging us into coming, I agree, but we are trying to promote UK live events here on the continent. Im hoping to get to Newark again because it was GREAT FUN there, but so is Worthing.
Lets just say I hope that you (and all the other guys) check yourself regular because that kind of thing has hit me hard & fast and Ive been too upset/angry/scared to talk. Im keeping my fingers crossed.
Right Boys and Girls, a few teams have asked us to find some accomodation details. I set my slouth, Gary, on the job and this is what he returned with :-
The Ardington Hotel 01903 230451
The Beach Hotel 01903 234001
Berkeley Hotel (Best Western) 01903 820000
The Cavendish Hotel 01903 236767
Findon Manor 01903 827733
Highdown 01903 700152
The Kingsway Hotel 01903 237542
Old Tollgate Hotel 01903 879494
all of these hotels should be a short drive to the venue. Looking through the brochure they all look rather good.
Hey Mikey,
How are ticket sales going - after securing prime sites in 2 large ASDA stores in Brighton among others (head swells to enormous size) will I need to do a bit more promo work?
Theres also a travelodge about 6 miles away from the venue in Littlehampton, rooms are £30 per night. We will be there on friday night if anyone fancies going out for a beer
Mike - Ive answered Zoes message on the RW forum by e-mail and sent her a flyer. For some unknown reason my access to that forum has been removed so I cant let everyone know that its open to the public and ticket prices etc.
Mario, Do what werere doing. Dont stay over night drive down in the morning and back again at night. I think we have further than you to go ignoring the ferry time.
