Does anyone know if it is a different adaptor to make the Litton motors mate up to the T-Type axle than the S-Type ?

    Hi Simon
The front of the motors are machined differently, also retaining screw holes are in a different place.

This could be a major pain in the anus.
However I seem to remember buying some end plates to go on the old Littons in Carrot2 when i
I bought the T type axles, but before I splashed out on the CIM2 motors.
Just checked and they were still sitting on a shelf, so Ive stuck them in an envelope and will post em to you tommorrow.
They have been machined by roger plant to work, but they arent a straight swap, as I think youll need to find some nuts to sit the the recessed pockets machined into the plate to attach to the motor tie rods.. the tapped threads are the ones that bolt the motor to the gearbox. I found it a real pain to use bolts as there isnt enough space, BUT because they are some bizarre american thread I had to order alan bolts in specially. I only have 4, but Ive chucked them in the envelope too, so you can get going ..
      good luck
      Rob
