Voltage spike from solenoid

Hey, bin a very long time since I've had to rectify this so I can't remember aha.

In my heavy the solenoid when powered acasionally crashed the speed controller could someone be kind enough to link me to the correct resistor I need to sort the issue out please? Running 22v and roughly 10amps
