Just trying to work out how all the different pieces of the current Robot Wars companies events fit together and wondered if anyone could shed light on the following

Mentorn
Robot Wars
Robot Wars Live
Robots Live
Roaming Robots
Robo Challenge

Robo Challenge have been hosting the featherweight championships for years, and they alone are working with Mentorn/BBC on the relaunch of Robot Wars. Pretty big name on the list!

So who currently runs the Robot Wars Live events, is that mentorn or under creative license?

Robots live run live events for heavies and feathers have done for years and very good events.
Robot wars live is the same chap that owns roaming robots (under license I guess) , I don't know if roaming robots run events under their own name at present since they are runing robotwars live, their events don't seem to be posted on this forum I believe.
Robochallenge run a fw champs with a class 1 arena, done lots of work for gadget show and other stuff, great bunch of guys and working with mentorn is a definitate plus for the future of the show!!!

Robot Wars is a brand that anyone can licence and Robot Wars LLC is the US company that owns it.

Roaming Robots (owned by John Findlay) license the use of the Robot Wars name to brand their live events in the UK

Mentorn (TV production company) that a production company that is producing a show for the BBC, and the BBC are also licensing the Robot Wars brand. RoboChallenge are supporting Mentorn (see below)

Robots Live is a live events company that runs events around the UK under the name 'Robots Live'

Robo Challenge is a robotics and SFX company that runs the UK Featherweight Championships, and is the roboteering team behind the TV show.
