Bungee advice

Hey guys

In need of some bungee guidance. How do people attached the bungees? Certain kind of knot? Clamped? What strength/thickness do people use?

I used to do a reef knot to make a loop then clamp the loose ends

We use industrial 8mm bungee in the Hannibalito's. Ends taped, double knot, and then tieripped so they won't slide.

In Bullfrog it's 14mm bungee. But the same system.
