hdpe sheeting advice

hi folkes
im looking for the best place to get reasonable sized sheets of hdpe to build my first robot from and the only ones i have found on ebay have them in a4 size and i was hoping for something a bit bigger anyone got any good places to order from that dont require you to be a millionaire

im looking for 20mm (seems to be the popular one) in anything bigger than a4 size as its going to form the majority of the chassis of my robot and i dont own a welder and the only local one wanted a small fortune to do what i wanted in steel box section and i have to work out of my living room and i dont think the carpets are fireproof and apparently all you need to work hdpe is a jigsaw and a drill feel free to call me foolish and correct me

£5 a kilo and a P&P of £25.
This P&P is up to 40 kg, and a max size of 990*500. (inculding packaging)

Sending over smaller or lighter packages won't change P&P a lot.

how many kilos is 3 sheets of 500x500 ??
