I just wanted to know, could you use stick welders for to weld aluminium & titanium as well as welding steel, mild steel & hardox or would TIG welder be ideal?

Stick welding Ti ain't done.
Ali can be done, but it's most of the time a mess. Needs a lot of practice.
Hardox welds just like steel, you just need the right electrodes.

I prefer my TIG.

Stick welder keep to mild steel or hardox. Tig is a whole different ball game. The welder alone can easily cost 10 times as much for a cheap one and you need a ready supply of argon, CO2 or a mixture depending on what you want to weld.

Buy yourself a cheap stick welder and you will be amazed at the avenues suddenly open to you. TIG can come later once you have experience welding.
