  • Question about fatmax rolling tool boxes

Question about up-right tool boxes such as this.

    https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=fa...ed=0CAcQ_AUoAg

Really want one of these, but wondered how people find they travel? Ie they look as though they’d fall over in the boot on quick turns. I have a Picasso so space is no problem really. Anyone got one and can share their thoughts? How to do wedge it in the boot etc?

My experience. The plastic is fragile. We had such trolleys, and they all died and got resurrected with loads of gaffatape.

That is why I opt for the way more expensive DeWalt Toughbox setup. No gaffa needed.

I like my Fatmax! It's tough and durable. It locks together for travelling. However do not lay it down in the back of your car! The contents all mix together in one glorious mess. I have a Volvo so it's fits in upright. In our other car I left up the back seat rest it on the floor and put it's seat belt on. I love it!

In my general experience it doesn't fall over in the Volvo but it's normally wedged.

Everyone that sees mine coverts it, wants to open it and then wheel it around.
