4qd interface help

Anyone ever come across this interface with 4qds, not sure how to wire it up. Heeeellllpppp ;-)

What 4qd are they, I have pics on the wires for the plugs and a odd, I would have thought the plugs were the same do you want to see them ?

haha beet me to it ! but ive found some other old stuff aswell , my 1st ever build pic taken in 2000 !
