  • Transmitter control set up help?

Yet another terribly worded title there...

Long story short, I'm trying to figure out how I'd get a transmitter to work so that I could control all movement from one stick leaving the other free for weapons or just general other things... Obviously experimental, like, just see how it controls!

What I mean by this is to have stick forward turn both motors forward, likewise with moving the stick down for backwards drive, and then have the stick right spin the robot to the right, likewise with the left. If that even makes any sense to anyone. One stick turning controlling two motors in other words D:

I should mention as well, that I'm going to be using an Orange Rx T-Six, so I don't know if I can program it to do that or anything...

    Thanks in advance!

well you will be plugging in a esc to controll left and right motors, (it will have mixing built in)
all you have to do is find the 2 correct channels on the rx and plug forward/reverse and left/right in !
you could use servos pluged into the rx to test out what does what that might make it easier.

That depends on which esc you use. If your esc doesn't have mixing then you can buy an external mixer for a few quid or use the mixing on your tx depending one which tx you have

Have you looked at the Orange T-Six manual? http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...43X7478X36.pdf Page 11 shows mixing.
