help with completing my lipo set up please

had to keep borrowing peoples lipo chargers at the champs, cheers to the various people who helped me out but i ort to sort my stuff out.

ive got various bits and bobs, but i need some certain leads and don't know what i need.

took a few pictures, the balance boards off grant cooper, and the balancers writing had rubbed off so not entirely sure what leads i need or which way round things shud go.


the blue balancer is the one which wouldn't work with my thunder power charger- which was all alot simpler to plug in and go, but they both didnt seem compatible together

Ok the small one on the charger is a data link cable to the thunderpower balancer

And to hook the lipo up to the balancer you need a lead with the two connectors on the end. How many cells are you using? Chances are I have a cable that i could chuck in the post for you.

is it a 5 cell or 6 cell pack that you are running?

Ok 6 cell will be on the same side that the data cable plugs into. Thunder power attempted to be smart and use only 2 plug sizes for their balancing plugs rather than going the way of the crowd and having different numbers of pins in different number of cells. The picture below shows the adapter that you will need,

If you want a balance adapter that will work with your 6 cell lipo I could chuck one in the post if you fancy (pm me your address)? I ordered some from hobbyking for a couple quid but they would only send them in batches of 5 so I have an extra few I'll chuck in a 5s one as well in case you need it in the future.
