Has anyone ever had to contact them? I'm attempting to now after returning a tx that is definitely faulty that they claim isn't, I just hadn't turned it on. Believe me, I know how to turn a transmitter on. You can't seem to call them and talk to someone, best they can do is a very slow email conversation on Live talk which is just as bad.
