Hi, I have my doctor who k9 replica that I built which I use for showing off to anyone lol, I would like to use him for fund raising and charity events ( no personal gain) but I don't know the do's and dont's are,and dont want to get hit with some lawsuit lol, i have seen k9 replicas on eBay in the past get removed for some reason eg not complying with eBay rules Copyright or something (not that I will ever sell mine!!!) but yet don't see Dalek sales get removed which is strange, I obviously know the bbc will have copyright etc......
I don't know if I can call him k9 or would design be copyrighted, not sure if anyone can advise lok
