Seems GiantCod has undergone a bit of a revamp and is now GiantShark (om nom)

I'm assuming this ties in with their move to a big new warehouse. Just had a look at the charger that I use and it's £10 cheaper, so think I'll be grabbing another one. No idea if the rest of the prices have changed much, but worth a look around:

EDIT: FrSky hack modules and receivers have gone up in price by a couple of quid but, on the plus side, they've got mega quantities of them.

Bad news for me, going to cost me about £40 for a conversion, may go for the corona set then

Lipos seem considably cheaper, may give them a go for the beetle.

Yeah I thought a few of the lipos seemed cheaper. Some other products are more expensive though, seems to vary as to what's cheaper and what's now more expensive.

Apparently the guy who owned GiantCod (Rob) has sold it to myhobbystore who have rebranded it GiantShark and made it generally bigger to (primarily) compete with an upcoming HobbyKing UK warehouse. Don't think it'll be quite as cheap as it used to be, especially with crazy hikes in Royal Mail postage costs, but Rob's sticking around for a while to help with the transition phase. Hopefully it'll retain the old company's ethos and remain a good source of relatively cheap robot bits.

lipos were cheap anyway.
Thr loweest mah is 450 so too big in ants

they do 300mah, and if you are willing to make your own lipo packs (which you shouldn't think about archie) you can make 135mah ones
