Singal tooth circular disk shape

I am looking for the shape of a singal toothed circular disk shape, I was hoping to cut the disk out of one peice of metal, with no inserts. so I was wondering what shape it needs to be (if I have the shape, the dementions can be scaled up or down) I was just looking to see if any one has this information before I spend ages trying to calculate it my self (im presuming there is no calculator or any thing) or just given up and gone for 2 teeth. Even if there isn't any CADs or if no one has the shape, any info would be useful! Thanks

Yes of corse, size isn't a problem. But What software is it on?
