2.4ghz mode1 and mode2

Hi everyone,

I'm building my first robot and i was looking round at transmitters and receivers and some say mode 1 and some say mode 2 i was wondering whats the difference as i dont want to buy the wrong thing.

Mode 1 and Mode 2 (and 3 and 4) derermine where the throttle, rudder, elevator, and ailerons are located on the 2 sticks of your transmitter.



There is no wrong or right really, just what you are most comfortable with.

Majority of people use Mode 2, so they use their right thumb to drive the bot and the left for the weapon.
