Going by what Tiff is saying Ladies and Gentlemen Derek Bell is fine I would guess that its maybe Derek Bell who is driving. The title of the video is also Derek Bell having 'fun' in a 500hp Bowler EXR prototype at Top Gear Live which would reinforce my thoughts.
