My PMs don't send?

Hi, I've had 3 PMs now which don't send. One to tobsmithy, and two to botmad. They are still stuck in the Outbox folder. Any reasons why?

they will only move from there when

either they log onto their account

or i think it's more likely this one, when they click on their inbox to view messages

Oh ok. I've kinda sent 3 of the same email to botmad because of this

it gets sent to them when they log in, but for some reason that i do not know sometimes the message doesn't leave the outbox even though the person has logged in and leaves the outbox another time.
