just wondered if anyone has experiance of this?

Used ebay alot and never been scammed before. Purchased item from ebay seller with good feedback and paid via paypal, basically Item never arrived, when i try and view the item brought it wont let me view the listing and the ebayer is no longer registered i have opened a claim and have to wait 10 days then i can claim a refund.


is this usually pretty straight forward or do ebay/paypal try and get out of giving refunds.

Paypal has refunded me on several occasions. First they try to make contact with the seller, if he/she doesn't respond in time you will be refunded.
