Has anyone tried the new Stella Cider....I am a magners fan when it comes to a nice cold refreshing pint of cider after work but find the Stella cider a little tooo sweet. Bulmers aint so great but the Bulmers crisp blend is on par with magners. Bulmers pear cider isnt bad either.
I have managed to get a nice cheap supplier of wheelchair motors....Speed controllers for them...and wheels/tyres. I have found the exact tyre i am using on Envy but filled with a solid compound that is light and spongey made for mobility scooters. After Guildford i will be running on them...no more punctures for me...... I will bring a selection to guildford so peeps can have a nosey. If anyone is planning a heavyweight them these parts are a great cheap start to a drivetrain.

Ok just confirmed i will bring a couple of motors.....a speedo and tyres to check out at guildford. They are not for sale yet but if there is interest then i will set up a little corner shop on the forum with bits and bobs for sale. I am tempted to build another robot just for jollys from the gear.......Also batteries are available but they will be those in scooters so not realistic for battle but ok for testing or non combat robot projects.
Guildford was a great event for Thor and Chuck. Envy was poorly and didnt perform due to a flat tyre and a bent axle. Its time for a change so I have this morning decided to retire Envy to the garage wall and maybee rebuild it next year. The upside to this is a new robot thats something completly different will be built by Teambud. The drive from Envy will be used but the weapon will stay in Envys chassis. The new robot will be called FULL TILT The build has started already but there is a lot of work to do and should be ready for Worthing. I am thinking about selling Envys Chassis and weapon but not sure yet.
