Simply no, you cant get more power just from gearing the motors max power at peak will be the most you can get through the drive train. You can however transfer more torque if you increase the gear ratio and sacrafice speed.
Actually yes it is possable to get a little bit more power out of your motor, depending on the gearing. It depends on the efficiency curve of the motor to find the right gearing. At a certain load the motor has maximum effciency.
But for that you will need more data like the friction between the floor and the wheels, drive speed, weight on the drivewheels etc. I dunno if its worth all the trouble.
