Tiscali have the worst customer service I have ever come across. Not to mention the fact that you have to ask them to do everything twice, the second time to re-ask them to do the first thing you asked, and then you end up with no internet service for a month when it should have only been ten days. And then when you phone them up, you get passed around from call centre to call centre and have to try and decipher thick Indian accents belonging to people who have very little grasp of English.
When I rule the world, they shall go to the flame alongside McDonalds, irritating people who think asking If a tree falls in the middle of a forest where theres no one to hear it, does it make a sound and think theyre being deep, and whoever decided freight trains going through the middle of a town every half an hour in the small hours would be a good idea. *deep breath*
OK, so when I rule the world, Im going to need a big flame. But thats beside the point. The point is, dont go with Tiscali. Other companies may cost a little more, but the headache seriously isnt worth it.
The end.
