i dont remember if anyone ever got to the bottom on what was happening about the roumerd return of robotwars with emma greenwood. i just had a look on her agents website and this was quoted on her biography

As a result of evolving our Entertainment Programming Strategy we have decided not to commission any further series of the programme. We will also not be repeating any episodes in the near future.
