They are sitting in an "Inventor designed" lasercut steel frame for an axe-robot.

Team RCC decided that Kashei will get an overhaul and that means the Speed 900 drives will be replaced with brushless drives, freeing up one of the Sidewinders.

In short, 2 Speed 900's with 12t mod 1 gears available.

Mario, are you going to do a straight motor swap (speed 900's to brushless) and stay single stage reduction? Just wondered what your plans were

The first tests ain't that promising in Caliope with the NTM45/35 750KV. Startup is way to violent. We hope that adjusting the speedo's and adding a gyro solves most of this.
Maybe that a test with the more expensive sensored Alienpower 42/58 gives a better result.
