Was speaking to him via email. Might spend a bit of time working on typhoon 2 this summer, see if we can repair it from it's current sorry state.

I believe that there are mounts that you can buy that slot onto the back of cylinders allowing you to have a pivot or you make one yourself. Any of the guys that actually use pneumatics on a regular basis give a hand on this one?

Such things do indeed exist, I have one here and places like Airlines Pneumatics (which is where I got mine from) will sell them for decent prices. (I am actually contemplating clearing out a lot of my unused featherweight gear since I decided against pneumatics, but that'll be a sale for another time)
