I've been given five used boards from a restaurant which has closed. If anyone is interested there are two white, two red and one yellow. These have been well used and thoroughly cleaned although they may have a couple of marks they are still in a suitable condition for use in a bot. Only asking for postage for all five which is around £10.

Well two years on and these are still taking up too much room so they are FREE to a good home, it'll cost me in P&P but I don't want to just bin them. There are eight boards altogether two white, two red and one yellow all previously used from a restaurant so expect some wear marks. Then I also have three NEW blue ones.

            45cm x 30cm x 1cm Thick

FREE to a good home, first come first serve basis.

You do know hat happened to Tormanta don't you? That was made from chopping boards and it shattered.

LDPE is not suitable for fighting robots, nor is PET; both are to brittle when shock loaded. HDPE is and Nylon 6 are the only ones that are really suitable.

I'm sure there are plenty of other uses for it as well, its a good material try to avoid large panels. The orignal post was back in 2011 when it was more suitable.
