    • Not sure about 1970's but it looks like it could be the internals to one of those animated dancing Santa props or such.

          • My offer of £5.57 was declined

Could build a nice heavyweight with that cash instead.

            • Titanium Plate on Ebay

Seems like a sizable lump of grade 5 for only £40! 18mm would make a rather nice disk for a feather. I believe the same seller also has a longer thinner bar type of the same thickness.

              • I thought someone may be interested in these wheels and motors, they are pick up only
and a long way from me otherwise I would be interested-wheels look pretty chunky-
they look like they need lots of TLC http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aldersley-...EAAOSwlXhZYKVd

for £200 its got to be a bargain.

                      • I'm guessing its a drain inspection camera and its hard to judge the size
from the picture but I guesstimate its 30-40 cm wide x70-80 cm long.
Its too far for me to view it but its still available in my e bay browser.

                        • "This was designed and used to inspect the torpedo tubes on the mod submarines.
Though I have no evidence of this the motors have a radius on each side underneath to suggest it was designed to do this or similar.
The camera is manually adjustable up and down again to suggest that you would alter to the diameter of the tube/tunnel.
It measures 350mm wide 500mm long."

And think I'll pass Tony, if all the stuff is seized. Bit on the small side too!
