Because here in Holland I got a few requests if I still have some Hardox for sale, im having a look again if its interesting to buy a big 6x2.5m sheet from SSAB, that I can cut in 10 sheets of 1x1,5m. Its possible to do this with the help of my father, as he is a customer of SSAB. I will cut it with an anglegrinder to preserve the hardness on the edges as much as possible and to prevent bending due to heat input. It should keep them flat enough for waterjetcutting. If 9 or 10 sheets are reserved it will be purchased. I dont want to keep more then 1 sheet on stock, because this will need to be payed out of my own pocket.

At this moment 4 out of 10 sheets (excl. 1 in stock for myself) are reserved. The rest is available on a first come first serve base. Although due to an email from a guy on the Dutch forum, I feel neccessary to mention that I will refuse to sell to unreliable persons. Also because I will have a lot of work with grinding and because I want to sell it for the lowest price that I can, in favour of our robot sport, I will also not sell it to people of who I think they will sell it again for commercial purposes. Good thing that I know most of you guys and know you wont.
Transport will still need to be arranged and next time ill be in the UK for a robot event will be RIAT. Leo might be able to take some sheets with him to this event, but it will depend on the loading capacity after loading 2 heavyweight robots, some featherweights and tools. If anyone is interested please post here how many sheets you want, so that next weekend I can decide if the big sheet can be purchased.
