Team Storm NiCad Pack Sale - 36v Rugged Nicad packs - £100 each.

Due to upgrading to A123 cells we have our NiCad packs from Storm II available for sale.They were recently rebuilt and re-soldered by us.The packs are 36v packs (30 cells) of Sanyo N3000CRs.The packs are manufactured with cardboard inserts between each cell held in place with glue - this is lighter and allows for a smaller pack than using tubes to insert the cells and also allows the cells to dissipate heat quicker.
The entire pack is then strapped using a high-strength glass fiber tape The packs are then eovered with a layer of silicone foam top and bottom and covered with heat-shrink to protect the packs.Each pack is therefore a 36v 3Ah NiCad pack, with significantly more reinforcement than anything youll buy off the shelf, and perfect for robot combat.
The packs also come with temperature strips on them so that you can ensure that theyre not too hot to charge at any point in time as well as a spare set of heat-shrink so should you ever have to repair a pack and replace a cell, you can re-heat shrink the packs again afterwards.
Prices
A brand new 36v Battery pack will cost you $229 from the US, which including shipping costs works out at around £175 per pack.We are looking to sell these packs for just £100 per pack.
We have a total of 6 packs at £100 per pack, we also have an additional pack that has a couple of damaged cells in it which could be repaired very easily which we will be selling for £75.Please note that all packs worked in Storm II when last run and are sold as seen, no warranty is implied or offered with them !
We are looking for £50 for the discharger setup.
