      Matt, Makralon is what they use for the arena walls so its pretty tough. That said it is possible to go through it. Youll see SMIDSYs battle scars at Nottingham where Dominator went through the Makralon (Not right through though).

      Its plastic so very light weight. I have dropped Jonno a line for a sheet because I want to sand the back of it and put my colour change LEDs up against it so my new axe feather can have colour changing body panels (Hence the name Psychodelic)

        Macrolon= Polycarbonate by brandname

        Polycarbonate weights 1.2kg m² per mm.
        The most suitable affordable, see trough plastic we can use for our machines.

            ermm..

            I dont have that many, but I guess so !!

            I only really have Scar - Series 2 or 3 i think.
            Vertical spinning disc, wheel chair motor drive, no insides, but ive probably got enough bits to get it running.

            Ill dig it out when I move and send a picture if your interested.

                  Well, technically it went through due to Morgue being flipped, but had some sort of massive technical problem and couldnt compete further...

                      ok, decision made...

                      For sale -

                      SCAR - Series 4 robot, steel construction, wheel chair motor drive system, very simple, vertical spinning disc, no insides, but willing to have a look to find some thing to put in it for who ever, ( if anyone buys it ). Basically a bare rolling chassis. Offers welcome.

                      Storm Force - Series 4 robot, steel chassis construction, ali armour, as seen at many RR events, with Matt driving. CO2 powered axe and flipper fitted, not the most powerful, but crowd enjoy it. Potential to be upgraded.
                      Cradle, locking pin, failsafes, remote kill, remote co2 dump. 40mhz Hitec TX 6 channel. Hawker batteries fitted, and charger complete.

                      Needs a small amount of TLC to the body pannels, but apart from that its ready to be charged, gassed and ready to fight. Offers welcome.

                            Just Youtubed footage of Scar and its certainly quite cool looking. I dont have the funds to buy it but I hope someone does, would be nice to see it running. Although judging from the Youtube vid, ditch the wheelchair motors and get some Bosches in there
