It actually lost the Bezerk 2 due to it being fliped over by its rear forklift. The armour is good as it stood up to the house robots quite well. It looks like a good starting point for someone with limited metalwork skills or access. never saw the forklift work which was a shame as it was a good looking robot at the time.

Well Ive seen robots in worse conditions for sale on ebay, and like Tom said for 2 vantecs and the oddesys alone it might be worth it.

Maybe someone will give it good home, and take it on the live circuit again.

never liked the look of the deans connectors, not sure why. What current can they handle?

Somthing like 70amps or somthing silly, i use them in 360.. they are good, but i wish they had proper insulation like on the powerpoles (wires carnt possibly be shorted), they feel alot stronger when you push them together, and less likely to pop apart unlike a power pole..but id still rather use powerpoles for low ampage use because there so much easyer to assemble. soldering multiple wires onto one dean is abit of a fidly task.

They do make good links though. Handle similar current as the mini andersons, but.. obviously, no were near as big and heavy.

Ive also dealt with the revolution shop, good service.

Depending on which make you get they vary, but on average around 70-80A continous.
They are by far the best connectors ive ever used. I cant stand powerpoles and tamiya, and andersons are just WAY to big for a feather.
I think the mini andersons take less current anyway? They are also (along with astroflight zero-loss connectors) one of the only connectors that give less resistance than the wire used to join them.
Best connectors ever. I use them all over ploughbot, Never had one come off. I dont think you can say that about powerpoles!

Yes you can, thats what Ive always used. 360 uses one too.

Ill be honest and say that when I saw Deans connectors on the Robot Marketplace I thought they looked flimsy and crap, and was going to order some powerpoles from Technobots in the next couple of days.

Just as well all the above info got posted tonight - cheers guys!
