Signature oddities

Just a quick thought: What was a robot's signature oddity? Something physical that represented a robot that never really served any function other than decoration.

Diotoir had fur
MORGs had the inflatable sheep
Steel Avenger had the feather duster
Kat a killer had fur tails & little ears.

Anything else?
