Can someone please just give me some names, Im already a week into my holiday, and I wanted to get the bulk of it done in here  so it wouldnt be a problem in term.
If Matty cant be asked to get arond posting the stats by the time his heat comes around, then kick him out. Otherwise you will be waiting til kingdom comes with Matty to post his stats.
I suppose that will have to do: I get heats done as quickly as I can, theyre only three fights each. Matt your robots are replaced with place holders, however, if someone else who hasnt already entered puts entries in them first then they get the spots. Ive left your heats til last so I can get on with it in the meantime.

{Matt Entry 2} vs. Catus Catus 8.1
Weight- 100.3kg (WDOR)
Dimensions- H- 65cm, L- 65cm, W- 75cm
Speed- 11mph, 5.1 m/s
Shape- Somewhere between S6 Sabretooth and Atilla the Drum.
Locomotion- 2x Motorbike wheels with screws embedded. These are bigger diameter than the robot itself.
Ground Clearance- Massive
Turning Circle- 0
Armour- A cage made from a 3mm titanium mesh with moulded 8mm fibre glass armour over that.
Power- 2x S28-400€™s at 24V giving 9BHp. These are powered by some TMC batteries at 24V.
Removable link position- Inside the left wheel, as far in as possible whilst keeping it accessible.
Weapon- As before, the weapon is a 300mm 18kg vertical disc on an arm, which can swing right through the whole arc of the robot, and is capable of coming down with a thump. The blades are mounted diagonally, which means that they are capable of both flipping and ripping. The cage can also swing over the top, protecting the axle and wheels from the side that is unprotected by the disc. This means that other than the cage, nothing can be damaged apart from the disc. It should produce about 62Kj. It€™s powered by another S28-400 on 24V and has a spin-up time of 4.7 seconds.
Srimech- Invertible
Strengths- Powerful weaponry. Manouvreable, Strong
Weaknesses- Low traction, slow acceleration.
Weight- 100.6kg
Dimensions- L-75cm W-54cm H- 36.5cm
Speed- 8.5mph/ 3.8 m/s. This however still gives excellent acceleration and the speed of the hits will help us do the Tornado thing
Shape- Normal Wedge, with rollbars on the back panel made from welded 1cm titanium.
Locomotion- 2 x 270mm diameter wheels with custom cut treads from an old adapted Go-Kart
Ground Clearance- 0 at front, 0 underneath hinged skirts at sides, 4mm underneath skirts and at back.
Turning Circle-0
Power- 2 x 36V Dustin Motors running off 3 x 24V TMC batteries weighing a total of 9kg for the batteries plus 2.6kg for the motors (Lightweight or what). It gives a total (Presuming efficiency is at maximum) of 4.42BHp. Not the best shover, but with the wedge shaped, the idea will be that before pushing you scoop the wheels off the ground.
Armour- 7mm Titanium/Vanadium Alloy all around weighing a total of 28.4940747kg for the whole body. The titanium bars on the back weigh a total of about 8.4kg.
Chassis- The chassis is made of 1cm aluminium bars, and weighs around 12kg.
Weapon 1- The weapon is a Helium powered flipper, with 2 x 3kg helium rams, capable of firing about 40 times within the course of a fight, and despite running off just 400psi, is easily capable of flipping 250kg. The rams in total, plus gas, and bottles etc. weighs around 16kg and the actual flipper is made out of 4mm Titanium/Vanadium alloy and is around two-thirds the width of the body and goes up the whole wedge. It weighs 5.022kg.
Weapon 2- the bottom of the front wedge is an entirely detachable wedge made of 1cm aluminium. It€™s been designed to be heavy enough to prevent the front wheelying when driving, and therefore means that it should be simple to flip any robots over. It covers about 10cm of the wedge, and is more than capable of resisting attacks. It€™s been designed well and uses the force of gravity and balance to keep it down, whilst only weighing 3.288384kg in total.
Removable Link Position- In a hole with a swinging flap about 10cm into the back panel, but you have to get past the rollbars to get to it.
Srimech- The flipper acts as a self-righter, and will always land on his wheels thanks to the rollbars on the back, once we self-right. The only time this won€™t work is if we can€™t get enough pressure in the ram to fire us over.
Strengths- Powerful, long-lasting weaponry. Manouvreable. Flipper should never fail to slide underneath.
Weaknesses- Not the best pusher in a straight shoving battle.
For Mr. Bob Ill use the 6 inch blades, which should be able to tear through the armour quite nicely. Ill just need to keep away until Im spun up enough to do some damage.
Against Back to Rock 2, I reckon I can get under the skirts easily enough. I think Id be able to get under the front too, but anyway, as he has a slow hydraulic self righter, I think I once Ive thrown him over just once, I can take total control of the fight, and just keep flipping him over before he can self right. I think if I flip him hile self righting, he could be in some trouble as hed rest against the open lifter arm, and then I think a nudge could put him on his side. The picture looks like beaching him on the side is possible anyway.
ok with ripe my best robot out of the two if theres any pit switch then Ill hit it then Ill try and coax him then if that doesnt work then Ill do what Im going to do with hus charge.
Oh cheers Alex! Just go suicidal and ram it with the rear end and hope the arena floor swallows Infusion up... failing to do this try and launch it out of the arena.
Wedga Revo 2.0 vs. Hus
Ah, thats more like it. Right, Im presuming Hus is a very fat target being as no units have been given in the dimensions. Therefore catching it for a pushing or flipping should be no hard task. Its weapon has some random safety thing that stops it attacking me, so that is fair enough being as it has no motor to power it anyway. Even if it was normal I doubt it would cause little effect to my armouring. Its speed is going a bit crazy so outcontrolling wont be much of a problem either. Next on the list is I have 10hp more to push it with, so that just adds to the pain. And just to top things off, it has no thickness of armour and therefore does not exist. You do the maths, Ill do the pizza...
OK - Lets get going with the speed of a kite, or some other rapid thing anyway, I don€™t know what I€™m on about, so lets just get on shall we€¦
But first: forgot to mention that this is Classic VGC rules - arena is three sided and the fourth is just a big pit, fights are to the death. The walls are several meters of tungsten thick, and are infinitely high, thus OOTA€™s are impossible. Think that€™s everything.
Tempest Evil-er-oution (1) vs. Mr Bob
A traditional rammer against spinner competition, tempest is up to speed, the 6cm teeth, whirring at high speeds, ready to impact heavily into its foe. Even as Mr Bob impacts into Tempest the outside aluminium is shorn clean in thick gash across the side, and the rammer is repelled momentarily. However, the thick foam beneath ahs held, and thus no real harm is done to Bob.
Bob rushes forward, pinning Tempest momentarily against the side, but the cylindrical robot slips free and returns to deliver a heavy blow to Bob, cutting into its hard exoskeleton like a hugely dangerous spinner through thin aluminium plate. Almost exactly like that description to be exact. Once more the spinner hits in, shearing a wide spiral of twisted metal free from the aluminium shell. A final blow, coming in from the side of the box shaped robot, while not doing as much damage as the others, proves to be the undoing of Mr Sheppard€™s first entry, as smoke begins rising from holes, seeping from the wounds and billowing gently, something jarred inside, the motors perhaps, and Tempest begins its slow dance of victory as it proceeds to the heat final.
Tempest Advances to the Heat Final!
Batmobile vs. Orka Mk 4
Two heavyweight push-lifters in the second fight of the season. The question is who will lift ahead of the competition?
The Far faster Batmobile races off before Orka can get up to speed, and it€™s immediately clear who has the initial advantage, the poor manoeuvrability and lesser speed of Chris€™s machine proving a very dangerous flaw against this fast and dangerous opponent. The Batmobile dives into the side of the Whale themed machine, its flat plate easily diving beneath the 2mm side ground clearance, and then with a lift, Orka is held in the air, reeling as its wheels flail helplessly trying to gain a purchase on air, whirring pitifully in the bright spotlights of the arena. Batmobile is racing forward however, its foe beached high upon its lifter and then, a sudden break sends the behemoth like machine dropping onto the ground with a heavy thud. It doesn€™t appear to have done any damage though, and it quickly turns, flicking up one of Batmobile wheels even as the stocky machine reverses out of the reach of its foe.
The fight however remains somewhat one-sided as again the more manoeuvrable Batmobile dogs its foe and slams it heavily into the solid walls, and then grinds it along for a bit, sparks flying as the metal wall is ground against the armour, and when Orka finally manages to break free the paint has been worn off down one side, leaving an unpleasant black smudge on the walls for the Arena-cleaners to deal with later.
As Orka flees once more it is caught at the back, and the lifter protrudes beneath the clearance of Orka, and even though the claw narrowly misses catching upon a protruding plate narrowly, and the robot is shoved mercilessly towards the pit, and out of the competition.
Batmobile Advances to the Heat Final!
Heat Final:
Tempest vs. Batmobile
The number one seed is not messing about, sitting stationary while around it its blades become a deadly maelstrom of sharpened steel, but even as the heavy duty ram-bot that is Batmobile advances at high speed, reversing with the heavy rear spike, the whirling blades of tempest have reached critical point, and the blade hits directly into the spinning shell of tempest, sending it whirling away, a thick scar showing across the wheels.
However, the wheels are perhaps the deciding point of this battle, as tempest hounds the caped crusaders transport. Finally catching up, Tempest inflicts grievous wounds upon the flank of the machine, before moving away to regain its destructive might, this Richard knows, is something that cannot be allowed to happen, and he charges headlong into Tempest before it can reach its devastating climax. Tempest is projected across the area affront the dangerous charge of the Batmobile, and only its slippery circular shape saves it this time, as it wheels right, and out of the grasps of the super-heroic shove-bot. Before there is time to counter it, the arc of whirring blades that protrude from the shell of Tempest. This time however, frank react the quicker and darts across the front of Ringwraith, knocking into one of the heavy wheels with full force, and evidently from this, the wheel is shaken loose. Its weight now balanced precariously as the wheels bobs up and down upon its axel, flailing helplessly, Tempest taunts it, going in for narrow sweeps, even as the speed of the Batmobile is drastically reduced, frank still has no wish to give Richard any kind of advantage, then with one last sudden reverse mid sweep, the loose wheel is sent careening across the arena, and the now helpless Batmobile is set still to face the devastating maelstrom of Tempest€™s attacks!
