Faster than the eye can move Lord Doomforall rips throguh the party, he catches Nimeras sword by the blade mid spin, spins him round and uses the blade to parry the harpoon from Tom and Sarahs steel maelstrom. He then picks Franks selection fo sea creatures from his hand using telekinetic powers.

Not the welcome I was expecting, but it cant be helped, anyway now down to business

Lord Doomforall explains everything abotu the world they were in, how it works, about the seven lords, himself one and most powerful

But the main tale you must know is about myself, and a certain member of your party, but we will wait for a bit before that, first Im hungry.

The group return to find Lord Doomforall looking out to sea from the ships deck.

€˜First of all, I think I need to gain all your trusts, so allow me to do you all a little favour€™

He snaps his fingers which sounds like a loud bang before any of them could do anything about it.

€˜Hey what did you€¦oh€™ started Sarah.

€˜€¦and master Valencia, I don€™t believe you are able to take your frankly embarrassing lycanthropic form any more€™ the Lord added.

After a quick check Nimera says that he€™s telling the truth.

€˜And now, time for my story, although one of your number already knows the first part of it. Although he hasn€™t told the whole truth to you as yet.


€˜I am from earth, although you€™ll realise this isn€™t saying much, but suffice to say I am from a non magical one with only moderate levels of technology. I suppose the best way to describe what I did there would be a super villain, although to be honest although my methods and aims where unconventional, I was never evil as such.
But I surpassed all others in my field in power and influence, except one. I€™m not especially outstanding when it comes to science though I have a good knowledge of it but this fellow was unmatched. Luckily for me my imagination surpassed problems where science daren€™t tread and eventually I devised a way of breaching this mans defences. I broke into his base with ease. Captured his defences and has him held in his control centre and a few rooms behind it but where unable to breach it quickly, after a few hors we did, but found them empty, save for a strange device, charred to a crisp, but looks like it had functioned long enough to permit one person to escape. One man had escaped, the one man I wanted to stop was still free.
I grew paranoid, looking into every shadow for hidden assassins sent by this man and had the best scientists in the world look into what the device had done. After years they summarised that it was a dimensional portal, but it hadn€™t been fully refined which was why it was charred.
I saw only one way to stop my paranoia, build one of my own, and so I did. I had my scientists refine it before use so it wouldn€™t destroy itself but eventually I sent scouts throughout all the known universes, searching for word of the man who had escaped me and gaining technology that would make my rule un assailable. I succeeded in my latter goal, earth, then the universe fell under my command, but still I was not satisfied, for as long as he lived this man could destroy me. So I explored myself and eventually heard rumours on some of the outer universes of a place called €˜the rift€™.

It is a universe of sorts, but infinitely larger than all the others, whom are merely tiyn drops of oil n the rifts ocean. No one had ever entered the rifts and returned. But I knew I must.

I will not tell you of what I experienced while I was there but it was mostly far from pleasant, but I gained several things there; the rift combined with my matter giving me power over all matter and all energy in the €˜real€™ universes, I became immortal and indestructible and eternally young, and selectively omnipotent. My hair is this colour too due to what happened in the rift, and I gained the rift-staff, the weapon that cannot be stopped that you say me wielding earlier. Only I may call it, for it obliterates all other matter with its touch.

But even the rift creatures did not know of this man, all they could say was that what he had done had damaged the bonds between the worlds in strange ways that even there mighty intellect could not comprehend. But at that time he did not exist in any of the universes.

I returned to earth to rule there, I became popular with the masses, doing what they asked me within reason, but I was all too aware I was just a tyrant for the masses, but did not have the patience to argue with them, for although I could strike a man down with the wink of an eye I would never again have the trust of the world if I did so. Eventually I found a girl, she was marvellous in every possible way, though I will not go into detail, she finally made me feel like I was wanted and needed, being absolute is very hard.
But as the years passed she grew older while I retained the same age as ever, I prolonged her life as long as I could, I could repair her body but it required my constant attention, I couldn€™t sleep for fear that I€™d let her go. But she was suffering and she saw that to keep her alive was costing me everything, I had withdrawn from political life and the countries of the world, that when I had been focused had been kept peaceful by my role as the ultimate deterrent and she grew tired of life, so one night she talked to me and told me that she wanted to die, I didn€™t want to but the way she looked at me only made it worse and I knew that she was sincere, all I asked for was one more day with her. We had that day and then I quietly let her go, I disconnected all her nerves so she wouldn€™t feel the pain as she suddenly was revealed to her true form, an ancient woman and she lay in bed and died.

Mourned for weeks but finally the noise outside awoke me from a trance and I looked outside to see riots in the street. Suddenly I was filled with madness and I became once more Doomforall. I acted as god, with the speed of light I went around every person on the planet with my omnipotence judged their souls and if they were not worthy I killed them. I became known as the angel of the abyss, and I am not proud of those times but the earth was purged of sin.

But then I turned my thoughts inwards, seeing what I€™d done I turned my hate towards that one man again, the man who had wrecked my life, eventually I caught word of a hub world, one that I had not visited and one that was not a world by itself, this world to be exact and I came here and found it soothing, my omnipotence saw the man would come here someday, and that something that effected the entire of reality and unreality would be here. So I settled down, contenting myself with the fact that there was nothing to worry about and became the seventh Lord of this world.

But my prophesy has now been fulfilled for now the man who caused my fate is here isn€™t he Professor Vengeance?

The professor gulped and stepped back a few steps.

But Doomforall decided to continue his speech.

€˜€¦and now I know what would happen here, because when you arrived on that beach you had only just stepped into the machine, for your machine was flawed and not only twisted the universes but time as well. But other than that it send tangent channels across the universe which ended up here. This world will disintegrate if you do not close the five channels that your machine opened. Only the one who made them may close them again, and less savoury of the creatures from the rift have taken to each, ym presence would bring forth more tha you would be able to cope with and so I am helpless I nthis matter. But once this uiniverse collapses all nodules of reality will fall apart and collide with other realities causing them to decay. You have started the most destructive chain reaction in the universe professor and you are dammed well going to stop it.€™

I will teleport you five to a location a mile from the largest rift, which needs to be dealt with first. The creature who guards it is not fully in my understanding, but it calls itself €˜Grendel€™ I think it must have picked up the name from a copy of Beowulf that drifted into the rift but I susopect it is many times more dangerous than the original.

Before you all leave however each of you may have one wish which I will grant to you as long as it€™s not stupid, and I will not give you infinite power, if you wish for some such ability then you must gain it yourself but infinite power, indestructibility, immortality or any god like properties are not mine to give, so choose wisely.

My wish (if you can) a switch from Holy/Elemental magic to Elven/Druidic meaning that i draw power from the earth

Cannot wear metal armour (seperates from earth)
Must have plants or animals nearby to cast
Draining with higher spells, cant do them too many times in a drawn out battle.

Earth magic spells usally include, entwine (nearby plants wrap themselves round target), animal call (calls nearby animals to help), earthquake, weather-based magics, and stone golems (anicent rock creatures will come to help you)

I dont know who I want to kill most right now, Prof Vengence or Sarah.

For my wish, I wish to obtain the Matrix Emerald. An enchanted emerald that gives the holder powerful telekenetic and telepathic power and raise ones will. The telekinetic power from the Matrix Emerald is strong enough for the holder to bend walls, lift objects, force push and shape surrounding landscape in a small radius around them. The telepathic abilities gained from the emerald give the holder the ability to cripple a foe from the mind, driving thoughts into the foes mind and sending them insane. The holder gains a +5 to Will and they gain a bonus resistance to telekinetic/telepathic powers (Up to you on how much Alex)

The draw back of the emerald is the user will lose 10% of their healths maximum while holding it. The user will also consume more energy from there body to use this stone, so they will have to feed more regular.
