In which case, I shall take the weapon off as the srimechs and the rets of the top panel should eb able to take a fair clubbing from the guillotine. From here we should be perfectly balance and so we can also afford to go into FBS mode. The skirts shoudlnt go up in the air while were doign this, so we are jsut going to be one large spinning wedge. If they hits us they should fly up, from where we can stop spinning and use the srimecha rms and sheer brute force to shove them down the pit.
I will use the twin axe heads and box-rush it, it shouldnt be going anywhere as fast enough to damage, and also the skirts will have loosen up. Get under, slam with axes again and again, and do the pit move.
Having won two fights, Powerpoint Reaches Pressurepoint must win a third one to keep the Belt forever, but National Speed Limit Applies wants that Belt for itself!
3, 2, 1 - ACTIVATE!
National Speed Limit Applies boxrushed the now bladeless Powerpoint Reaches Pressurepoint, who began spinning on the spot! Contact was made and NSA brought the axe heads down - the vacuum being activated meant it wasnt deflected, so the axes came down in the centre of PRP, stopping it spinning! They remained in that position for a few moments, then NSA released and quickly came forward, shoving against the skirts, but ended up going over them! It still brought the axes down hard again, making two nasty dents in PRP - PRP shoved against it, but NSAs wheels were still on the floor and it shoved back! Eventually, NSA gained the upper hand and slowly shoved PRP back against the wall! It released the axes, and PRP quickly tried to run underneath, but NSA turned its vacuum on, and could not be moved as the axes fell upon PRP again! With the vacuum still on, it retracted and struck again, almost piercing the wounds it had just made! As the axes rose again, PRP chose to swerve away, taking itself into NSAs side! But the vacuum remained on, so it couldnt push!
This stalemate continued for a few seconds before NSA turned off its vacuum and reversed away before PRP could get fully under! This put it in the perfect position to use the axes again, and it did so, pinning PRP down! It began dragging PRP towards the pit release, but made slow progress with the resistance PRP put up! Eventually, it twisted around and got its back into the release, then began carrying PRP forwards towards the pit! But they moved too slowly, and the pit closed before they got there! NSA chose to retract its axes and reverse fast into the release, but PRP was already making its escape, and going into another full body spin! NSA charged, and hit, but turned the vacuum on a bit too late, so it settled down pointing away from PRP, and the axes fired into the arena floor, denting it! PRP eagerly ran into NSAs side and tried to shove, but was again thwarted by the vacuum! NSA turned off its vacuum to escape again, being tilted for a moment as PRP came underneath but still just escaping and making a gap between the two! PRP chose to spin on the spot again, and again NSA rushed into it! This time, it got the vacuum timing right and was able to stop and bring the axes down, stopping PRPs spinning and piercing the armour! It again began pulling towards the pit release, again meeting resistance, but eventually getting there! Now it tried to get under PRPs skirts again with its low scoop down, but still struggled to do so! After some pushing, PRP swerved to try and get under the side again, but NSA twisted in response and brought the axes into play again, just missing the full holes it had already made! This time, it turned PRP into the arena wall again, retracted the axes and shoved at the skirts from there! It was still a struggle, but finally, the low scoop surpassed the flat skirts and NSA was underneath PRP! The ride to the pit release, and the pit, was subsequently much quicker!

Next Challenge Belt Battle:
National Speed Limit Applies (Holder) vs Ankle Biter The Second (Challenger)
The simple tactic will be to Box Rush it at the start, where I cant see any kind of wedge/skirt device to stop me getting underneath. Once under, bring down the gillotine, straight down, to get a grip. The weapon shouldnt be able to hit anything on me, and the same tactic will apply as the other fight, drive into pit release, open pit, dump into pit.
National Speed Limit Applies now has the Belt, and theres still enough time for it to win enough fights to keep it! But the same can be said of Ankle Biter The Second, if it takes the Belt in this battle!
3, 2, 1 - ACTIVATE!
The Belt Holder charged straight at Ankle Biter The Second, whose drum began to rotate! It seemed they would meet head on, but Ankle Biter turned to use its drum on the sides! However, NSA reacted quickly and turned into Ankle Biter! The result was that Ankle Biter ran up the side of NSAs wedge - NSA fired its guillotine at the wrong moment and the blade completely missed Ankle Biter, but the long bit pinned Ankle Biters rear against the wedge! This wasnt a very secure position, so NSA released and reversed, leaving Ankle Biter The Second balancing on its side! NSA considered leaving it stuck like that, but the forces of the drum were causing Ankle Biter to begin rocking a little! NSA gave it a nudge, and it fell back to the floor, but had no time to get away before the guillotine buried itself in its top! NSA found it had an easier job than the last fight of dragging its opponent to the pit release, then moving it over the pit, releasing the guillotine and letting Ankle Biter The Second drop away, with no Belt to show for its efforts!

National Speed Limit Applies (Holder) vs NSBFR-X (Challenger)
2nd page frank, about mid-way down, but because you believe in the imporatance of being idle...
...quote:
National Speed Limit Applies
Shorten Name - NSA
Mass - 100 kg
Weapons - The main weapon is a guillotine, this is powered by two ex-hydraulic 80mm rams on nitrogen gas, via a rack and pin system. The gas enters at 1000 psi, which gives this weapon some kick. To protect itself on the way back, some of the gas that was used to fire the weapon is sorted into a buffer tank, which when it is used to redraw the guillotine (gets about 50 psi max). To stop the robot from hopping around, a series of electromagnets are used to attach the robot to the floor when firing the weapon. If a wooden floor is used, the electromagnets are replaced by a heavy-duty vacuum cleaner, which sucks the robot to the floor with about 2.5 Mega Newtons of force. The blade itself can be replaced for two axe heads, which fire both at the same time.
The blade is a simple, straight, but thin (less than 1mm), which could in theory hit other robots at a velocity close to 100 mph, which should cut into armour. On the other hand a secondary blade can be used, which has a diamond coated edge. Used against titanium robots. The third blade is not a blade at all, but a flipper style piece of steel, which comes over the rear. See the picture as it is hard to explain. (Ask for picture if you need it)
The entire weapon system is designed to move within it€™s own free will. To stop it taking off, thick rubber blocks are used around all contact points to stop damage via shaking. In total, we have a finite number of fights, but with 4kg of nitrogen, it is around 50-60 fires, enough to destroy the toughest arena wall.
Srimech - It uses a simple arm to self-right it other the left-hand side. The arm is electric powered
Drive - Four Bosch 750€™s, each at 36 volts, each with a variable gearing system. 1:1, 8:1 or 17.5:1. The drive itself is belt. The front two wheels and rear two wheels are joined by a €œsecondary drive shaft€ which means if one of the motors fail, the power from the opposite motor can be used to turn the shaft, meaning that it will still be 4 wheel drives.
Velocity - 10 mph, 24 mph. We normally use the 24 mph for fights, and 10 mph for pushing. The 1:1 gearing is only used to run away from areas, as it reaches the speed limit of 60 mph, but it is very hard to control, and normally it means ramming into the wall to stop. It has no torque at 1:1.
Acceleration - The 10 mph is within 1 metre of moment, the 24 mph is within 3 metres of moment. The 60 mph is within 5 metres, but we don€™t use this much.
Turning Circle - Dead Zero
Ground clearance - Zero at front, with lifting scoop. 1 cm around sides and rear, enough to stop low spinners getting underneath.
Wheel Type - 4, simple aluminium wheels with dry go-kart tyre nailed onto the aluminium. Solid and light.
Body Shape - Low Wedge, curved sides, and rear.
Armour - Rubbish in comparison, 3mm sides, with 5mm top and bottom. The armour itself, RSP-707 TG off course :-O. The front scoop is 7mm RSP-707 TG, and can lift up to aid moments.
Colour - Unpainted for the light-weight look.
Summary - Low wedge, damaging weapon, cool name, good driver, good turner. Hopefully it will do well. The weapon is designed to eat into arena walls and floors.
Strengths - Control at low speeds, unflappable when held down with electromagnets or vacuum.
Weaknesses - Control at high speeds, has a habit of jumping around when weapon fires if not held down.
^First time I seen these since Frank decided it didnt have a srimech ^
Oh, that thing. Use the spinning bar and knock it around. If he doesnt use the sucky thing/magnets then hell be spun around and unable to attack, and if he does use them hell have no way of harmlessly dispersing the kinetic energy and take a lot of internal damage. Also seeing the blade is 1 MM thin, itll probably distort when it hits anything.
...that Im using the blade. Axes again please Richard.
Can I stick a line of coffee mugs around the outside of my robot, just for the fun of it ?
I am slighty faster than Franks machine, so at the start, I will box-rush it once more, and see whom gets under whom, if I get under, slam hard down with the axes, like Mortis to put the top of CSBFR-X full of holes, which should damage something in side, allowing me to push it down the pit.
If Frank gets underneath me, then my front wedge should take the blow from the blade, and I will drive up and over the top of CSBFR-X or if this fails, fire both axes at once to hop off.
So recap - Box rush, get under, hit numberous times with axes, pit, eat pie and drink a mug of coffee from one of the mugs on the side of NSA, surly Frank wont destroy mugs and pots of coffee???
Have fun box rushing a bar that spins up in a couple of seconds. Anyway, big blade or axes, it doesnt make much difference, you still need to suck it down somehow so my tactics still apply.
