MAYHEMS
1) GeForce VS KILLOTINE: EVO VS Surgeon General
I believe Andy and I made a little pact on this a long while ago. The plan here is to hammer Surgeon General into a pepperpot (maybe getting a few blows in on the exposed wheels) and then grappling GeForce from the sides before dragging it to the Pit

2) Panic 3 GTI VS Sonic Boom VS WHIRLIGIG 4.0
Spin. Hit things. Make them die.

Forklift, Push-Ish, Ha-ka and Psyclone are my picks for the other duels and my Finale tactics will be up once all the side stuff has past

BADer will keep on the move and shove the others around. My high GC is a problem in this fight, but my invertability and high speed should help counter it. Maybe team up with one of the others, they open the pit and I dump the other in?

The Disc 4 will go for Psyclone first. Im pretty sure that thanks to his shape, his srimech wont work as intended, so hell struggle self righting. Going disc to shell will kind of stalemate in the damage stakes. He might be made of Hardox, and my disc might be aluminium, but its about 3 CMs of Ali IIRC. Try damaging that :P

The the other melees, Im predicting Geforce, Hypertension, Whirly and BCB.

I wont practise my new style of giving tactics here because they dont work that well with british style tournies.

I have no idea what the robots are like but meh.

48 volts isnt going to power 60 volt motors, so thats one robot sorted out because it cant move. Squish as we all know has the same problem with the crusher, so it will be a case of ram underneath and put onto its side.

Actually, you can run the 60v motors on 48v, but they will be savagely under powered. A 24v motor run on 12v is 1/4 the power compared to running on 24v.

Hypertensions Mk. 2. I will aid Dave in getting Squish over, just ramming it around until I can flip it and until the crusher breaks :wink:

For Hacked off Ha-ka, my aim will be to pin one of the 2 BCB twins down with the axe and dispose, at which point ganging up with DCI to get rid of the other one. After that Ill get at DCIs hweels to finish him off.

Not much i can do here, i belive sonic boom is an axle bot so i will try and lift it and pit it, then hope whirligig falls down the pit

Oh well, looks like Ill never re-gain the VFT title now then. Heres my predictions for the final four:

4th: Storm II
3rd: Hypertension Mk 2
2nd: NSBFR-X
1st: Wedge Devolution

GeForce vs. Killotine: EVO vs. Surgeon General

Ill go with Steve first to despose of the General. After that some huge flips in the air and some rams around the arena should be able to KO KE.

The Disc 4 vs Psyclone vs Wrecktangle

As I posted in my tactics right at the begining of the series, my job here is to retire The Disc big time. Ill just ignore Wrecktangle all together and go to take The Disc 4 apart. Spin up to absolute maximum power and annihilate it!

The self-righter will work, as it always has done should it flip Psyclone over somehow. (-2>Ill accept that it doesnt work when Frank accepts The Disc doesnt work... :wink
