My friends, I have far too much on my plate to frequent the forum like I used to. So I am sad to say I will not be creating any new competitions or entering robots into competitions. I will keep checking on here when I can and post comments, but I won't be doing anything major.
However, before I go on hiatus, with the success of my take on Robot Wars: Series Eight, I hope to complete one more competition. Before I do, it is based on something that someone has already done, and I want to know if this will conflict with anything.
A few years ago, I came across a competition where people could enter their own robots into Robot Wars: The Seventh Wars to take over a real robot in their place. I don't remember who made it, but I do know that midway, the results were shown hypothetically until the final battles.
I would like to do a competition like this, as I thought it was pretty good. If this is not OK, I completley understand and I'll do something else.
