Looks like a good lineup, Chris. It would be a shame if you had to fill in the spots yourself. I'm wondering where everyone is? Kody and Martijn are somewhere. There are three spots left, so maybe Joey? If hasn't entered already?

Just suggesting. I've always liked your competitions, Chris. I think real robots suit you well. The Super Seeds Championships were great.

My no cents: Wikipedia has a list of all the robots that fought in UK RW. There is also a special Wikipedia about Robot Wars. Endless picks of robots there

Good lineup, Chris. I shall post my predictions for Heat A

Diabolous has weak armour, as it was proved in S7. Infernal Contraption might rip it apart, or Diablous will get in a good hit first. Hard will probably go through if it doesn't break down

As for my fight, I will go for IG88 as Steel Avenger is evenly matched

Lewis' tactics and predictions

HEAT A

Diabolus vs Hard vs Infernal Contraption ~ Go for Diabolus. I'd like to propose a team-up with Hard to get it out. I'm far too slippery to be pushed around by Hard anyway so it would do whoever entered it good to team up :P Diabolus has weak armour, so my drum should make quick work of it, just spin up and slam into it as hard as I can and as many times as possible.

IG-88 vs The Steel Avenger vs Iron Awe 2.1 ~ I can see SA going out here unless IG-88 gets flipped.

Heat Winner: Iron Awe 2.1

HEAT B

Araknia vs Reactor 2 vs Wolverine ~ Go for Araknia. Again, whoever entered Wolverine is welcome to team up with me if they wish Either way, still go for Araknia and flip it into the hazards, the bog-standard armour won't hold up long.

259 vs Reptirron the Second vs Hassocks Hog 2 ~ I can see Reptirron going out here, unless the Hog flips 259. I can't see Reptirron flipping 259 itself, but I can see 259 or the Hog flipping Reptirron easily.

Heat Winner: It's pretty open, but I'd say 259 or Wolverine

HEAT C

Tomohawk vs Gyrobot vs S.M.I.D.S.Y ~ Tomohawk out, by pitting I think. Gyrobot could go either, depends who S.M.I.D.S.Y goes for really.

Sir Chromalot vs Diotoir vs Constrictor ~ Either a) flip Diotoir or b) flip Constrictor and don't flip it back, I know it's invertible but I don't think it can self-right. Whichever option I use depends on who wants to team up If I'm teamed upon, go for option A as it's the easiest.

HEAT D

Hot Pants vs Ripper vs The Alien ~ I can see Hot Pants being knocked out by The Alien here.

Kronic the Wedgehog vs Lightning vs Tetanus Booster ~ Yelp. Team-ups anyone? :P If I'm teamed up on or no one wants to team up, try and shove Tetanus Booster down the pit ASAP.

Heat Winner: Ripper/Lightning

HEAT E

Fluffy vs Zorro vs Aggrobot ~ Lift Zorro up and over ASAP.

Scorpion vs Roobarb vs Robochicken ~ I can see Scorpion going out here.

Major Tom 3 vs General Carnage 2 vs Mega Hurts L.T ~ Mega Hurts out methinks, Major Tom could go though.

Big Nipper vs Suicidal Tendencies vs Corkscrew 2 ~ Go for Corkscrew 2, pit it ASAP.

HEAT G

The Stag vs Tsunami vs Supernova ~ Spin up and wreck The Stag.

Trax vs Crushtacean vs Thor ~ oooh tough match. I see Crushtacean falling on a judge's decision.

Kat 3 vs Rick vs Killer Carrot 2 ~ I like Kat 3, so I'll attack Rick unless Kat 3 attacks me, in which case flip it and try to prevent it from self-righting, which it never was the best at. As for Rick, just flip it and generally try to push it down the pit or get it OOTA.

Hydra vs Cedric Slammer vs Revenge of Trouble & Strife ~ I see Trouble & Strife going down and out here.

Heat Winner: Very open this one, perhaps Hydra

Wolverine: lewis i accept the team up offer

Tomohawk: Hit the pit release and drive straight in... just kidding. team up anyone?

Lightning: Team up off accepted Lewis

Robochicken: Bash the scorpion

General Carnage 2: Take out Mega Hurtz LT instantly. I doesn't have scrimech so um... yeah

Trax: Try and stack crushtacean and team up with thor

Hydra: lift Trouble and Strife over and out
