no you dont you just need a very good imagination. but you shouldnt have a problem building a vapourbot considering your building a heavyweight.

Not at all, apart from of course some way of getting on this forum in the first place.

A writing application helps of course as it lets you write stats without being online.

Other than that if you want to do an image, whatever program you want to do that - we have everything ranging from microsoft paint to proffessional 3D packages for that. Pencil and paper with a scanner is also equally valid.

But no, if youve got on this site already you dont need anything else,.

Yes, the battles are made up, the tournaments are made up, for the most part the robots are made up, and there is a strong suspicion that some of the roboteers are made up.

If youre thinking this is all a bit sad, Im not denying it

Because none of us are programmers lol and that would be a pretty big endeavor.

However I believe there is somethign out there called Robot Arena or something like that, never tried it really.

Although theoretically I could convert the models I use for my vapourbots into game models quite easily as I use a game modelling application...

You are suggesting a full scale mod here which isnt exactly something to be undertaken lightly... especially when I have paid modelling I need to get done. However I have been meaning to look into it, so if I get time Ill have a peek.
