    Battlebots: Beyond The Battlebox

You cant get Hardox thinner than 3.2mm, unless you have a really heavy duty wood plane or something. Otherwise pretty good

              Battlebots: Beyond The Battlebox

LW: Claw (1/5 of Weapon Synergy)
              MW: Purer
              HW: Supreme Glory Omega
              SHW: Manic Monsoon XL

Name: Weapon Synergy (5-WAY CLUSTERBOT!!! )
Weight: 100kg (Each part weighs 20kg)
Armour: 3mm Titanium with 4mm Polycarbonate panelling.
Power: Each part is powered by 2 x S28-150 MagMotors running at 24v, giving each part 6HP of pushability.
Speed: Each part travels at 12mph.
Strengths: Ability to work as a group. Variable weaponry, albeit at a low level.
              Weaknesses: Weak armoury and lightweight.
              Part 5: Claw
              Shape: TAN shaped
Weapon 1: Pneumatic claws which grab the opponents. Running at 1000psi.
Ground Clearance: 4mm at front, 1cm at sides and rear.
              Srimech: Invertible.

              Name: Purer
              Weight: 54kg
Armour: 6mm Aluminium Boron Carbite (really strong and quite light)
              Speed: 18mph
Shape: Invertible box with 2 inner wheels.
Weapon 1: A low pressure flipper powered by CO2 gas.
              Strengths: Great speed.
Weaknesses: Weight disadvantage exposed wheels on top
              Ground Clearance: 1cm all around
              Srimech: Invertible.
Notes: The robot has 2 go kart wheels powered by 2 S28-400 MagMotors running at 24v. The battery used is a 60 5000mah D Cell NiCad Battery pack producing 15Amp at 24V. This means the robot travels at roughly 18mph, which is quite quick for a robot! The flipper is made from 4mm Titanium, and is really lightweight, weighing only 5kg. Inside the robot is a 1.1kg fire extinguisher containing the CO2, which is fired through a 100mm ram bore, able to flip 55kg almost 1m off the ground and have 22 flips per match.

              Name: Supreme Glory Omega
              Weight: 100kg
Armour: 20mm Lexan and LexiGuard compound and 4mm Grade 5 Titanium skirts.
              Speed: 18mph, running of 2 x S28-400 MagMotors running at 24v.
Shape: Box shaped with Ti skirts on each side.
Weapon 1: An 11kg Aluminium alloy axe powered by liquid Nitrogen running at 1000psi. The axe mechanism is a rack and pinion system, using a 100mm stroke, 80mm bore pneumatic cylinder.
Strengths: Strong armour and very manoeuvrable.
Weaknesses: Axe only works if something is in front or behind the robot.
Ground Clearance: 0mm all around due to skirts.
Srimech: The axe self rights the robot.
Notes: The 2 wheels are made from Ti/V alloy and coated in Vulcalore to aid in traction. The robot is covered in 20mm Lexan and LexiGuard compound. The axe weighs a total of 11kg and is shaped like Excaliburs axe from series 3 of Robot Wars. This shape is designed to focus all the force on a single point, meaning it can pierce through armour easily. To stop the robot hopping around when the axe is fired, the robot incorporates a vacuum system. This system basically sucks SG0 to the ground and is mainly used when fighting pushers or robots with superior pushing power. This mechanism can be knocked on and off during the match. The robot carries 4kg of liquid Nitrogen on board and has roughly 35 hits per fight. The axe can come down with roughly 2 tonnes of force at the tip, meaning that the axe could knock certain opponents out in one hit.

              Name: Manic Monsoon XL
              Weight: 150kg
              Armour: 8mm Hardox all over.
              Speed: Roughly 24mph
Shape: Box wedge with side skirts and rounded back.
Weapon 1: A linear actuator powered lifter running by a 4 bar system at 24v. This can lift 200kg easily.
Weapon 2: A small strip of Grade 5 Titanium on the front wedge, which gives 0mm ground clearance.
Strengths: Powerful drive and good strong weapon
Weaknesses: A bit too fast and hard to control when at full speed.
Ground Clearance: 0mm on front and sides, 1cm at back.
Srimech: Invertible, but can self right using the lifter if wanted to.
Notes: The robot is powered by 2 B42-500 MagMotors running at 60v. This gives Monsoon approx 60HP! The robot has a total of 6 wheels, 3 on each side. Each side is linked together by a set of heavy duty belts, giving 0m turning circle and the manoeuvrability of a 2 wheeled robot, and each wheel is coated in Vulcalon. The front wedge is angled at 42.5 degrees, meaning that it is not too steep or too shallow. The lifting arm is powered by a S28-150 MagMotor, and is made from 7075 Aluminium. The lifter itself can lift a total of 200kg, and can self right the robot if needs be. The side skirts are made from 4mm Titanium and are hinged.

Hope they are OK. Any probs tell me.

                      Battlebots: Beyond The Battlebox

...since this is Battlebots, do we have to change our robots names and appearance, wear silly costumes, and put up with ribbing of our accents during interviews from supposedly attractive women with the intelligence of a catfish?

No. You just have to put up with me introducing your robots in some fancy rediculous way.

if so, I would like to have:

                          LW: Backlash
                          MW: S.O.B.

OK Mark, Ive had enough. Ive told you already that you cant enter real robots, and you cant enter than cheating hunk of junk you call Cyrilium, but now Ive decided that you cant enter FULL STOP. Im not allowing people who refuse to take constructive criticism or hints in my tournaments.
