Think an old Bigger Brother or Chaos 2 flip for kind of scale, but a tiny bit more vertically and less horizontally I suspect.

WEAPONS: Rack and Pinion axe mechanism powered by two CO2 tanks at 160psi. It has two terrorhurtz style heads, one on either side of the shaft, because Axe of Evil doesnt work with the pun, and the name has to be accurate.
SCRIMECH: the axe has spikes sticking out to aid self righting from any angle.

Weapons: Ring spinner powered by an etek running at 48volts with three NiCad battlepacks., which can deal out around 80kjs of power and spins at 2000rpm. Two five kilo hardox teeth, curved to rip armour. The whole ring is about 20kg.

I fail to see how you can fit a 21kg flywheel, a motorcycle motor, a claw, hydraulics, and 8mm titanium into a 150kg superheavyweight bot, let alone a 100kg heavyweight :P

Also, you didnt give any drive motors.
