Hello this is my first competition since my immature days and the 10 commandments of TV rumble is as follows:
    1. I need 8 people to enter 2 robots each. They can be real or vapour and you must write down which TV show or Film its representing.
    2. The winner will get 150,000VP, The Runner up will get 125,000VP, 3rd place will get 50,000VP, 4th place will get 50,000 VP and 5th place will get 25,000VP
    3. For Vapurbots all I need is
    RobotsName:
    Shape:
    Weaponry:
    Movement:
    Srimech:
    Power Source:
    Weaknesses;
    Strengths:
4.Theres a maximum 100kg weight limit for wheeled 110KG for tracked 125KG for shufflers and 200KG for full walkers.
    5. Clusterbpts are allowed but theres a 6 part limit for them. But beware if theres only 1 part remaining than there all out.
    6. Flying Robots and passsive or no weaponry is allowed.
    7. If you seem dead than well give you 50 seconds to prove that youre bot is living.
    8. You can tap out if you think youre against a highly destructive robot.
    9. The House Robots are all RW except for 2 which Ill make up closer to the time.
    10. The arena and everything is all RW.

Ok lets see what is wrong here

4.Theres a maximum 100kg weight limit for wheeled 110KG for tracked 125KG for shufflers and 200KG for full walkers.

There is no option for weight in the chategories

      7. If you seem dead than well give you 50 seconds to prove that youre bot is living.

One it is your not youre. Youre means you are so you are bot is living, doesnt make sence. Two robots arent alive

      8. You can tap out if you think youre against a highly destructive robot.
How would that be possible if you have allready written the fights..... and besides they arent really everything gets fixed just like that.

      perhaps there is more stuff

        6. Flying Robots and passsive or no weaponry is allowed.

Flying robots and no weaponry fair enough, but I think you might have a problem with defining what weaponry counts as passive, and what doesnt. It might get a lot of people arguing that their weponry isnt passive when others say it is. I remember Rex Garrod as describing Pussycat as being a passive robot, but Im sure anyone who has seen it in action will most likely testify that its anything but passive. Thats the only rule I can see that might provide a stumbling block.

        quote:

        7. If you seem dead than well give you 50 seconds to prove that youre bot is living.

One it is your not youre. Youre means you are so you are bot is living, doesnt make sence. Two robots arent alive

No offence Martyn but is there really any need to nit-pick about his grammer? Loads of people on this forum fail to use grammer properly or spell correctly (chategories and allready from your post for example) but no need to drag it up when hes at least trying to get a fanfic tournament going here

          Robots Name: Immortal
          Shape: Round
          Weaponry: None
          Movement: Flight
          Srimech: Not needed
          Power Source: Rocket propelled engine
          Weaknesses: None
Strengths: It is a 6 peice clusterbot, with each peice weighing just 1kg each. As soon as activate is called, all 6 peices take to the sky and fly about making them out of reach of all weapons. As the rules state 5 peices need to be destroyed before it is eliminated I think I stand a prety good chance.

My second robot will be a spitfire, which is self explanitory. No weight restrictions were given for flying types so I presume it is fine. Oh, and Ill be representing the Teletubbies. Later!

Just re-read the rules and I realised I mis-read rule 6. Thought it said flying robots and passive/no weaponry wasnt allowed - hence my previous post. My mistake, just ignore it now

To answer Martyns question I should have specified but rule number 4 indicates to the weight limit for the heavyweights and the robots must have something to do with the TV show or Film youre representing like the layout or the name for example if you were representing the movie Alien you could do the robot Alien.
