  • Chains & Sprockets for lifter reduction

Close to finishing my heavyweight and looks like the next stage is the lifter. Thinking about a 2 or 3 stage chain reduction for a lifting arm.

Any suggestions for a list of sprockets? (Couple to be compatible with 75mm diameter at the hinge of the flipper, 25mm bore)

Technobots (gearsandsprockets.co.uk) have a good selection of platewheel sprockets, including duplex ones. For a lifter, I'd consider using a reduction box and having a single stage chain though - more robust and compact

Have a look at Foxic before changing over to brushless gear drive
Craig had a chunky gearbox, to a bevel gear then a final chain drive

Just to give a better idea, here's photo's showing the rear of the lifter and the motor sprocket. Tried various places but can find anything that'll seem to fit well.
