What ground clearance is best for the Robot Wars arena? We currently have about 3-5mm.

Id say more like 10mm, otherwise you may get beached on things like the flame pit

10mm is good. If its live events then the wooden floor gets chopped up alot (once lost a featherweight down a hole)
