Hi, was reading random stuff and watching random youtube fights and noticed Tiberius. I read that it's four wheel drive and has the hydraulic grabber and it looks like a right animal. In the same breath, there must be all sorts going on inside to get it to do it's thing. Does anyone have a picture of the insides of it out of raw curiosity? Desperate to see how it goes together even though I imagine there's 4x4 belt drive and a big hydraulic compressor at the back etc. Any help appreciated if it's not top secret lol. Interested in building a grabber for next year's FW champs of a similar shape.

If the current users didn't change to much on the hydraulics. Pumpmotor is a mag S28-400 coupled directly to a Vivoil 1.52 CC size 0 gearpump.
The ram is a fully custom 70mm bore*148mm stroke 250 bar peak pressure 10 ton monster.

An equaly custom valve block provides regen and directional control.

There is 2 hydraulic systems now, one also does the hydraulic self right arm.

I doubt it's a seperate pump and valve. A smaller ram, that's obvious then.

Is there a frame inside or is it more of a monocoque like a lot of the flippers are?

Monocoque. A mix of 4-6mm Hardox 450 I believe. Some titanium in there too now I would suspect for the top armour and the shrimec.

Having a traditional box section chassis is almost obsolite these days. Like modern cars, the armour and chassis are one and the same. Some machines like Tombstone break that, and there are other techniques like Son of Whyachi which is built upside down and uses the weapon as its armour.
