Hi! As the title really, please could people post up some basic dimensions of their heavyweight robots? I'd like to start thinking about it and just wanted some ideas to go on. Any help appreciated.

Bulldog Breed is 80cm long and 85cm wide I believe, not too sure of the top of my head but it sounds about right -

I would suggest you get along to an event, HWs are a very big step up from FWs. I would suggest you get comfortable with building/running FWs before you look at HWs.Comment

I'm quite an arty sort of person and some of the heavyweights (razer, the master etc) are almost sculptures. Venom aside, do you think its possible to make featherweights the same? I have so many creative ideas to build, I don't want them to get wrecked by a spinner lol.Comment

Absolutely. Definitely possible. And you don't have to fight spinners in the FW class, even at RoboChallenge events there are often many whiteboards that are spinner-less.Comment

I think it is worth saying that out of 15 or so events for featherweights, only 1 or 2 allow spinners.
Make the most interesting robot you can and experiment all the time that is what I do. you don't have to ever face a spinner if you don't want to no one worries.
