Re: Tube filling
Meggamouse has a jelly used in tyres for cherry pickers as their tyres need to be puncture proof. The jelly can be removed and fitted to other tyres. The ones on Meggamouse were on Velocirippa and are nearly 10 years old now, the hubs have been replaced many times but the tyres have all sorts of holes and still behave like a fully pumped up air tyre.
Downside; they are 3kg each, the jelly is injected as a liquid and baked for 24hours so has to be done professionally and is not cheap. 10 years from a set of tyres is pretty good value for money though in my book..........

Re: Tube filling
Scar has some sort of Silicone gel in its tyres, by the looks of it its been done through the valve. Maybe its the same thing Trev was talking about as they do weigh an awful lot too. Maybe you could get a bathroom sealant type thing and try doing the same? Maybe on a wheel that doesnt matter first though.

Re: Tube filling
Don't bother with expanding foam. If you leave the wheels with weight on them for any great length of time, you will create major flat spots on them.
For my last heavyweight, I got these guys to cut me some circles of foam (the RECONSTITUTED (Super firm) stuff)

I cut the center out of the circle and slotted it in between the hub and the tyre with a lot of swearing. The wheels were punctured several times by kan operner along with others but the wheels kept on rolling.
